Payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
We’re happy to help with any order inquiries, including cancellations and modifications. Contact us, including your order number, and we’ll respond within 1-2 business days.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Catch, Afterpay, JCB, PayPal, and Argent-issued gift cards. We also accept prepaid credit cards if the card has a billing address attached to it. We can’t split payments between credit cards. Orders are subject to review. 

What currency is the site in?
All prices are in US dollars.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. 

Where does your clothing ship from?
Most orders ship from New York, NY. 

What are my shipping options?
We currently offer standard USPS or UPS Ground, 5-7 business days (or sooner, depending on your proximity to the shipping location). Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, and a $5 shipping charge is applied to orders $75 or under. 

What about expedited shipping?
At this moment we are not offering rush or expedited shipping at checkout, but if you have an urgent need please contact us and we can assess on a case-by-case basis. 

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the contiguous United States and are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?
As of now we do not.
